The Holiday Inn Oakville @ Bronte welcomes our new Executive Chef, Jason Dyck.

Chef Jason developed a passion and curiosity for cooking in his early years and continues to believe in these essentials today. Chef Jason has trained at the King Edward Hotel in Toronto under the tutelage of Chef John Higgins, he is Red Seal Certified and has a diploma in Culinary management from George Brown College. Previous roles include Executive Sous Chef and Glen Abbey Golf Club, Executive Chef at Winona Vine Estates and Executive Chef at Glendale Golf and Country Club. Chef Jason?s style of cooking is fresh, modern continental with French techniques and believes commitment to fresh and local food, creative plates and attention to detail produce food that?s fresh and contemporary.
