Frequently Asked Questions

We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions from guests of our hotel. Hopefully you will find this information useful. If you have a question that is not on the list, please feel free to contact the hotel, it would be our pleasure to assist you.

1. Q: Do you have shuttle service to the Airport?

A: We do not have a shuttle service to the airport, but we can arrange for a car service at a flat rate.

2. Q: What are your Check-in and Check-out times?

A: Check-in is at 3:00pm and Check-out is at 12:00 noon

3. Q: Can I get and early check-in?

A: We cannot guarantee an early check-in, but if a room of the type you have booked is available we are happy to give you an early check-in. We can also store your luggage for you until your room is ready.

4. Q: Is breakfast included with the room?

A: Breakfast is not included in our standard rate, but we do have a “Best for Breakfast” package which includes a $20.00 per day breakfast voucher for only an additional $10.00 per night.

5. Q: Are you directly connected to the Oakville Conference Center?

A: There is not an interior walkway to the Oakville Conference Center, but it is conveniently located adjacent to the hotel.

6. Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We accept cancellations up to 6:00pm day of arrival. After this any cancelled room may be subject to a penalty of the first nights room and tax charges.

7. Q: Will you charge my credit card when I make my reservation?

A: Unless you have reserved a room using our advance purchase plan your credit card is just to hold your room. A pre-authorization is done at check-in and nothing will be charged until check-out.

8. Q: Do you allow pets?

A: Unfortunately we do not allow pets at our hotel.

9. Q: Do I need a credit card?

A: While we can reserved your room on a non guaranteed status until 6:00pm he day of arrival, a credit card is required to check-in to the hotel.

10. Q: Is there a gym in the hotel?

A: There is a fitness room with a variety of equipment for guest use. In addition we have a pool, whirlpool and sauna. Fitness and pool hours are 5:30AM to 11:30PM.

11. Q: Do you have an onsite Restaurant?

A: Our full service Marquis Bistro Restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our Executive Chef, Robert Roberge creates a variety of menu items to suit any tastes.
